Sometimes your images strike me a certain way, and this is one of them. To me, this looks like the jumping-off point for a quest in a novel, like you've plopped us down in the middle of a story. (Perhaps something by Stephen Donaldson.) Crossing this desert is the next trial, but the story has to spin out ... our heros will make it across, get to the far mountains and the next phase of the quest ... perhaps there is a city on the other side ... this is phenomenal! I don't know how you take me there, but every once in a while ... I get lost in one of your images.

You never do make anything boring do you, this is just so colourful, yet all the colors harmonize so well! And the words sends chills down my spine, and it all seems like the image of a story told trough the eyes of the mountains itself. wonderfully done!
