Description

As promised the steps to my Kaleidoscopes: Using Medhi, a free program that plugs into PSP7 and photoshop and each of these images are done is done in PhotoFiltre, the postwork is done there too. PhotoFiltre is another free program. Image 1 is the original image, I cropped most of the black out for the Kaleidoscopes. Image 2 is copy and paste of the original side by side Image 3 is image 2 copied and pasted Image 4 is the same image as # 2, copied, pasted tip to tip and then copying and rotating that image 90 degrees to get the vertical image at the center, resizing that image and making the background transparent then pasting it into the horizontal image. Image 5 is the same image image 4 vertical, pasted over and over to get rid of the majority of the black and the last image is the finished product. I use 8 petals for most of my work but sometimes I use 6 petals, sometimes I use 6 or 8 twice on the same image. I hope this makes sense, lol! There are probably easier ways to do this but its the way I like to do it. Note: most images don't need to be cropped but this one had alot of black at the top. Thanks for looking, for previous comments and favs, and I do hope you will give it a try!

Lynn this one is so detailed and really a beautiful compilation of images. The various designs here all are so elegant and makes me feel like I am in Oklahoma at the Native American shops there. The last image which is the finished product is simply breathtaking and something you should be proud of. I have a close friend who I must show your work off to
