Do not ask me what this thing can do cause i do not know all i was told is that it has a huge magnet underneath it so if anyone can relay any info on this i would love to know about it first time i have ever seen one.

That is used to remove stray metal bits from the paved areas of airbases. Some fighter jets create such powerful suction that they can pick debris up from the pavement, and suck it into the engines, so they drive these tractors with the magnets around to pick up stuff.
