Description

Taken while waiting at a traffic light on my way home last week. This is the color scheme directly from my converted infrared camera. The wires crisscross a portion of a large thunderhead that was forming over the Everglades. I like the way the ghostly blue (normally red) of the stoplight contrasted with the red of the sky. Well, I'm off for a week for my annual vacation. Lisa and I are going back to Pine Island, FL. Hopefully we'll have a relaxing time and have just enough thunderstorms to get some dramatic photos and stunning sunsets. Fingers-crossed! See you all in about a week. :)

I have to agree Kort, that blue (red) light makes an awesome contrast to the thunder-heads and the power-lines give this capture a bit mo' pizazz ! Happy holidays & ~Cheers~
