That is Touch-Me-Not. The seed capsules, when ripe, explode when you touch them. Great fun to play with in August and September, when there's lots of capsules. Also, if you peel the outside coating off the seeds themselves, they're bright light blue underneath. Also known as Jewelweed, the sap of this plant is a reasonably effective topical remedy for the rash caused by poison ivy; it also serves as preventative - in either case, crush the stems to release the sap, and rub on the exposed areas.
