Description
Red-winged blackbirds are the most common member of the Icterid family and perhaps the most common bird in the United States.

Great capture! There is excellent detail in the feathers. Black is hard to photograph, and those birds don't sit still very long.

They are a very successful species but I would think the Sparrow is the most common or perhaps the seagull. Anyone know for sure?
