Poser 7: 3DS Max 2008: Photoshop CS3
Rendered with Mental Ray
I've been so fascinated cybernetics and cyborgs that I had to make this. Mental ray has a nice way of producing translucent SSS effects.
Again, I used MR sky portals to light the scene which I know is unusual.
This roughly took 12 hours to render and 1 hour of Photoshop.
