this one doesn't look quite as good as the first one, the colours look a little bit too... tries to find the word not faded, but like, yeah, faded it looks more like a, it doesn't look right, the first one was so much more natural and again, the water should be a bit wavier ------------- reads what he just said man, i must sound like a pr*ck :p it's not to put you down from trying the program. far from it, i think you'll be looking for comments on how to make it better i haven't used Mojoworld yet so i can't really offer you any technical help with it, so all i can do is offer ideas. from what i've seen of your work, you definitely don't lack artistic style or an artistic mind, so, i'm guessing you either really wanted the picture to be like this, or you didn't know how to make it look differently either way for a second try, this is still damn good keep trying :)

Tip: Whenever rendering snow scenes, use an very blue ambient light. Snow in shadows is extremely blue, due to the sky and its internal scattering properties (blue water). In MojoWorld you access the global ambient control from the object list. Or, use the glow channel in your snow material if you don't want such a blue ambient everywhere. Great start, Clay! Keep at it and we'll see great things from you! -Mo
