Description

Hello ! 33 years ago we were on vacation on Grand Canaria and we found a dead sea urchin. We took it home and boiled it, so only the shell was left. Her it is with a little filter on. Thank you for your so kind comments and favs to my previous post. I really apreciate it. :-) Have a pleasant day. It looks like we are having a beautiful sunny day. Not much wind. Very lovely.

Stunning work Helle and the postwork just gives it the "edge"... I love the warm tones and the texture of the wood and shell!! Bravo! :)

HEHE! Lior! Hehe! LOL !

a fine shot Helle, it seems like a jewel-case, with your gentle filtering; and it also seems a little bit like a dream. It's mysterious and dark and it shines—with the filtering, it's like something that glows in the dark. Very nice "solo" shot, and somewhat intense too! Maybe it's glowing in memory of its lost tenant (lol)...

Simply beautiful; I am looking at one this very moment; it's been in my house forever. But your foto gives it such pure form!!

Aren't these just amazing shells? I've never seen one with a dead or alive urchin in it but I've found the shells once or twice. Your capture is really beautiful with the lighting helping to define the texture.
