Description
Under the light of the moon,strange and exotic plantforms carry out the continuation of the life cycle that has continued for millenia.Phosphorescent spores are released into the air,travelling across the small pool to reach other plants in various locations,and perpetuate the species.The light given off illuminates the area,and attracts luminescent dragonflies.
Plants were created in the plant editor,and textured in a customized preset.The smaller plants at their base are terrains,also textured in a customized preset.Dragonfly is from Daz3D(posed in DazStudio).One radial light set high off-screen provides the moonlight(sun was turned off),nine radial lights with low falloff settings were placed throughout the scene to co-ordinate with post effects.Three spheres in a customized dust volumetric provide luminous fog effect.Scene was rendered in Superfine,and took ten hours to render.Post in Photoshop involved luminous spore effects,dodge tool on dragonfly wings and tail,and signature.Post in Photoscape 3.3 involved bloom effect.Thanks for taking the time to view,and commenting!

Wow, this is really excellent lighting for Bryce work, no wonder it took 10 hours to render, now that's what I call patience Neil. Magnificant scene. I have a particular liking for images with great lighting and this is a superb example of how to do it right. A definate fave. Tony.
