Description

This is a partial redesign and retexturing of the Hastings-Class Dreadnaught. It's actually a blend of two earlier designs, that of a "battle carrier" (combat-capable carrier) and a dreadnaught (super heavy cruiser). The view is from below, off her port stern. I pretty much tripled the polygons, starting with the old Nova-class dreadnaught as the basis, and created a new hull texture. I'm probably going to use this hull texture for all the Terran Protectorate ships. The blue area is the docking bay in the closed position. Currently I have her at about 1,300 feet. She carries a wing of fighters, so she still is that mix of battleship and carrier. Enjoy, and let me know what you think, esp. of the texture
