Sure I can guess! A wind power generator, but what a neat angle for it! I also noticed a reverse angle towards the end of each vane which I think helps reduce noise. I haven't seen that on any that I have photographed.

I love these wind turbines. We have several wind farms in the area and they are fascinating to watch. Stunning pov - I really like the shiny metal and towering feeling.
