Description
I love the colors on these Crane Flies. This is a Genus Nephrotoma - Tiger Crane Fly.
As a kid I always thought they were Mosquitoes, but they are not, just weird flies.
Was seeing a lot of them for a while. Recently they have been scarce. Really wish I had a lens that could get just a little closer. ;-) They have such an interesting face.
Again shot with the flash/difusser.
