Description

He was always there loving in the shadows waiting and watching There was a sadness in his eyes as he waited for the chance to share waiting for the chance to care The Old One forgotten from long ago Old Man Moon What have you seen? From way up there Have you seen the failings of this weak people? Mani under your muted light the nights have turn and gods have changed You have seen lover's promises Heard the howling pain of war And Then He Was Gone.

Nice poem. I can't really make out the photo, unless that is suppose to be 'the in the shadows' vision...

I was out last night taking pictures of one of my favorite subjects---the moon and as I started the clouds began to move in. I just kept taking shots and then he was gone. Just a matter of a few minutes. This was the last shot as the clouds moved across.

It is transient and so beautiful. I know this moment. I always think of the moon as she... Diane. xx
