Description

IN MEMORY Ten years passed, my friend Daniel died, he was 45 years old. He worked on a trawler like this on my image. I dedicate this work to his wife, to all the workers of the sea, to all people who gave their life making this dangerous job, to their families with my respect. Also to all my friends in this fantastic country in France named "Bretagne". Voilà déjà dix ans disparaissait mon ami Daniel. Il était patron d'un chalutier hauturier comme celui représenté sur cette image. Je dédicace celle-ci à son épouse, à tous les travailleurs de la mer, à tous les gens qui ont donné leur vie en faisant ce métier dangereux, et bien sûr à leurs familles avec mon plus profond respect. Je n'oublie pas mes nombreux amis Bretons qui gardent toujours la force de sourire à travers les plus grands malheurs. Christian. (Trawler and all props in this image by me in Carrara).
