Hello! Here is one more in the series of 3 images. Thank you so much for your kind comments to my previous upload and special warm thanks to those who added it to favs :-))) It is highly apreciated. I wish you all a great week. We have cooler and cloudy weather on this monday morning. I have plans on starting a new painting.

Exceptional clarity my dear friend... I am always amazed by the patterns or veins on the wings... Wonderful work... We have sunshine this morning! It is still bitterly cold but at least the unusual rain has stopped! :)

another beauty, this one with the hoverfly leaning into the flower. We get to see its many hairs, and we get to see its hind legs entwining with the folds of the flower...and the flower is just exquisite on the bottom, we really see it's folds & undulations. Another beautiful macro from you...I remember some of my first journeys in your gallery were insect & plant macros, and I remember how impressed I was. This is a wonderful series...I wonder how far you have to 'lean in' to get these shots. They don't look easy to find!
