Description

Listen Many a day goes by, dawn to dusk Everyone has things to do, most in a rush If only we could stop and listen to life Imaginations would flow relieving much strife Even in the city birds sing their song Listen to their melody, not a note wrong Chirping back and forth, each on their way Other places you find squirrels scurrying away Storing food for the winter in a warm cozy hole Across the field a fox dodging over a knoll So peaceful, butterflies flutter like a feather Landing once in a while enjoying sunny weather So many things we don’t stop and check out Too much we are missing without a doubt Every day comes and goes no matter what Good events or not, there’s no ifs ands or buts Truth be known we’d be much more happy inside Listening and setting our troubles aside ~Rainastorm This was taken last year, about 5:30 AM one morning...from out on the hill by my house. Just thought it was real pretty and wanted to share :-) Have a great week everyone!

Early morning came, the rosy sun broke through white clouds high up in the sky. Casting the first glow of warmth of the Earth below... They sat on the hill, a blanket around them, leaning against each other. Talking.. They had talked all night on the blanket, on the hill... They had held each other tight... Touched, made love... It was a night to remember... The Mustang was parked on the Road below, dusty from its long drive where the guy had first seen her walking beside the road... She took the risk, he'd brought her home and here she was on a blanket on a hill above the house where she lived... The guy got up, she rose as well... They kissed, with such tender feeling it nearly overwhelmed her.. then he turned and walked on down the hill.. A car door slammed.. The engine roared and the Mustang burned into the blazing new dawn.... She knew he would return... Beautiful picture, amazingly well taken in such early light.. And of course such lovely words... Well done.. Rob.
