Hello Traveler,
Brent Bowers, aka Greybro here. Thank you for checking out my profile page. I hope you'll consider visiting my personal site at Brent Bowers.com.
I'm your basic 3D Enthusiasts who also dabbles in film making. You can check out short films on YouTube and my more serious projects and feature length film work at Mutantville.
I do the occasional bit of acting, mostly in Mutantville Productions projects such as our award winning short film, "Devil Comes Down" or in our feature length horror film "C For Chaos"
Primarily though, I do my best work behind the scenes as the producer, editor and visual effects designer for MVP.
On a semi regular basis my MVP partner Streebo and I venture out to the movies or to a Horror convention and render up our thoughts on the lastest blockbuster or even interivew celebritys. Anything to keep the content flowing, because as you users know, content IS KING!
Hopefully, you'll find something of interest in the links I've provided you. Thanks for stopping by.
Be sure to check out my latest creation in the Renderosity Market place, the Chaos Lycan.

Just realised that Creech has a tail. It wasn't that evident in many of the earlier renders I've seen. If I recall correctly, the original design for the cinematic Creature included a tail, but that element was abandoned due to various complications.

Wow Creech's development was a real adventure which saw the design change drastically. First he had completely web hands that were posed using morphs as opposed to a traditional rig. GRadually we began to feel that this would aliienate folks anytime someone wanted to depict him holding things. SM also felt that the original design was a bit too close to T.C.F.T.B.L., which it was. So we tweaked the design, add a small tail, got rid of the small tail due to issues, add a longer tail, changed the head and the face, redesigned the gills, just a bunch of stuff changed along the way. BTW, the gills work. We're really pleased with the way he turned out as was SM. The shaders really do push the Firefly engine to the max and there are several eye and skin options include. Not to mention that the legendary Cyllan has created an expansions paackage available starting today I believe over at CP called "Legacy" which adds the most amaxing crocodile skin, eguanna and many other cold blooded species to the material room. alternate eyes, inner mouth textures, touges etc. I have high hopes for this guy and hope he brings a lot of joy to purchasers of Poser 8.

Great render Brent looks like you're using those render presets. I actually need to run the nvidia normal map plugin over the maps I just learned a trick about normal maps if you blur or smudge them they create illegal colours for normal mapping and you get strange effects. These days I'm totally turning away from normal mapping and just using displacement maps. But I owe a lot to the Creech with out him I never would have headed down the path of rigging.
