Description

MEET MAX … another marvelous MADHOUSE discovery. No, he isn’t King Kong’s kissing cousin, Darwin’s Missing Link, Tarzan’s Cheeta nor Ronald Reagan’s bedtime buddy Bonzo! He’s a master musician. We came across MAX in a subway stop near Grand Central Station in New York City. There he was, standing quite alone with an odd organ grinder tamping out a tune with his toes. (We learned later it was highlights from his now famous Orangutan Oratorio). Knowing doarte, you’ve no doubt guessed we were immediately interested. We were and signed MAX up on the spot for our MADHOUSE Merry Minstrels. MORE SUPRISES! We not only discovered MAX was mad for Mozart but was an accomplished “signer” who could cite all of Shakespeare’s plays in their original iambic pentameters. THE REAL NEWS! This fall (around Halloween) MAX will be conducting the New York Philharmonic Orchestra and Metropolitan Opera Chorus in the premier performance of his Simian Symphony, Minuets for Monkeys, Cello Concertos for Chimpanzees and Bolero for Baboons. SO STAY TUNED! We’ll be simulcasting the event on MTV, dorate’s ODDATORIA website and the National endowment for the Arts digital radio. doarte Thank you for your comments and viewing. I appreciate your time. credits: doarte: Dynamic Drapery now available in the MarketPlace Thorne, Sarsa, Mada (Daz) Silver Key (Daz)

Incredible monkey, now that so many people are adopting them as replacements for children, and looking back, wished I'd done the same! Nice!

Ah, but does he know the sonnets? That is the question. Boy are we lucky you just happened to be in Grand Central at the same time Max was. To find such a unique and unusual talent, only Dr Doarte could. His music will be a hit! Excellent! :o)

To be honest I don't think much of most poser images. But this one I like it's so very different. Well done.
