Description
I loved how the trees reflected in the water.
I am behind in the galleries and do apologize. I hope to catch up soon.
I will be going home to Arizona for a week and hope to bring back some good pictures of the desert. Schonee, I get to go and thaw out. LOL! I am going to visit my grandmother. She has the most wonderful stories of when she was young and lived in England. She survived WWII and has many stories to tell. She has Dementia now and I hope to be able to record her memories before she forgets them.

Super, beautiful serene shot! Wishing you a grand time with your gran! I did that same thing. We had been doing a family book and her stories were important for the book. Unfortunately her dementia was leaving her very confused and so some of what she told me was mixed up with other memories. It was good that there were other family I could go to in order to sort it out. We have the ability now with computers and point and shoot to be able to record our history for our children, thats one form of progress that I enjoy:-)

This is very aptly titled, I wish I was there! It's not common that I hear of people recording their grandparents history before it's gone. I wish I had done the same. (But to be fair, I was rather young and had troubles of my own to deal with).
