Description
Deer are very fascinating to watch. Truly they are, at least where I live. these two bucks, whom you may recognise from previous pictures, were just walking along the line of balckberry vines. Every one in a while, they would stop and nibble on the berries. The trailing buck would watch the lead buck eat some berries and then move on. I could only imagine what the one was saying to the other and it would go comething like this:
Lead buck (LB): Hey dude, check it out! Berries!
Trailing buck (TB): Yeah? What do they look like?
LB: well... they're round and some are almost black.
TB: Almost black? How close to almost black are they?
LB: Well more like greenish black but.. I'm going to taste one just to see
TB: Dude!!!! Don't eat those! They ain't ripe yet!!
as it was, they moved on checking out the berries but not eating them. they should hurry back soon, as the berries are getting ripe adn there are a lot of people who love blackberry jams and jellies. then there's home-made blackberry wine... and tarts and cobblers..
I'm hungry now. I think I'll go out and pick some blackberries.

Great shot Mike...I always hated when the deer come around they mess up everything..they would take a bite from everything in my garden, but not eat it just waste it. then eat the tulips up oh they make me so made. we had 13 that live with us. well on the property lol
