Looks like the test worked out pretty well. Very good detail. I'm wondering how close the lens was to the subject?????? thanx ;-)

nice capture but do you rely need the 1.5x teleconverter, I use the same cam as you with 70-300 sigma APG DG with a macro switch on it. it not bad lens and cheep.
