yes, as Ana says, it looks so easy, but I'm sure it isn't. You have a way of making all the strokes and washes seem "thought" on, like they came out of the air whoosh...This one is even more of a magic kingdom than the last because of the central 'shroom surrounded by those thin shoots around it. I love how you divided the central mushroom into 'halves' by a light brown wash that runs across half the surface. And the background on top is almost Impressionist, with little dabs melded into the green like thoughts...And I also like how you paint up to about half an inch before the border, and just let the washes stop & make their own boundaries. Lovely & loving work. Such simplicity for all its complexity...

I prefer this one to the n°5, probably because the base of the mushroom's "hat" is not shown (the thin blades are difficult to draw in watercolor). Really charming work! Do post more!
