Great concept and scene and nice composition. I really dig where you were going with this. If I could suggest one thing: the horizon line is very crisp. If you were to gradually blur the background where the sky meets the land it would simulate depth of field and give a better sense of distance, adding some more realism. Other than that, nicely done. P.s. Good Nine Inch Nails song as well ;)

Cool! In one R.A. Salvatore's books a huge creature in the under-dark sends tenticals up to wipe out an entire city of dark elves. That's what this reminds me of. Nice job.
