Description
I don't think that Paleolithic Man ever hunted the Manchurian mammoth, Mammuthus sungari, most probably the reverse as the beast was about 5 meters (16 feet) at the shoulders, about twice the size of the woolly mammoth. It competed with the Indricotherium for the title: "largest landliving mammal".
