Description

I am very sorry my friends, but I can't make comments on your images for few days...doctors order. You see...I have terrible pain on my neck and back, and sitting here (staring screen) is forbidden...I am breaking that law right now. Anyway, I am starting physical therapy tomorrow and I hope I'll get relief real soon. I have couple more pics ready for uploading so I'll try to post them anyway, tomorrow maybe...Thank you, my friends for understanding :) And yes...don't mess with this girl...or she will slice your head off with that blade-thing...brrrrrr.... Outfit and props by DM. Character texture by Fabiana (Dru). Hair by Maelwenn. Cinema 4D & Vray. Thanks for stopping by :)

The trick of using a background image is making it not look like a background image. Next time turn off specular (you can see it on the right that bright stripe of light). :P Also uncheck color and only have it in the luminance channel. Also the lighting and shadowing is way off. The main source of light should be behind the column(s). As for a question: don't you think its a total waste of thousands of dollars for such a versatile program as Cinema 4D to use it only as a fancy import box with sup-par p(h)oser imports? That (ugly) floor texture you could have easily turned into 'real' 3D titles, with a little bit of effort and very little "know-how", which in turn would made the image look a whole lot more convincing then it is now.

Awesome looking scene well presented and rendered, hope you get relief rom your problem, its the computer I've been using thm nearly 20years for my artworks and you do get a whole host of pains of one sort or another it comes with the territory, maybe spend shorter periods of time working and some time relaxing I find that helps!!!

Oh dear... so sorry to hear about your back/neck pain. I totally understand. Get some rest, get better and heal quickly. Although it took me 3 weeks for my last 'back injury' issue to get better. Hopefully, yours won't be as bad. Love your work as always. Wonderful pose and beautiful setting. Nice lighting too. Great colors and sky.
