You will reach that goal only if you try, you must push and push hard...make yourself go forward...set aside the sorrow, brush away the hurt...find that bit of light you know is out there and open the door to a new day. Push forward, nobody else can do that for you...I know you can do it.

Listen. Long and hard is the journey out of the pit you feel like you are in. Believe me, I know. And you may feel like the hole inside can never be filled. Trust me, it can be. The path out of darkness is difficult and may seem impossible but you CAN make it. Rainastorm is right - you CAN do it. Though the road is long don't think about the distance you have yet to go, instead concentrate on simply putting one foot in front of the other.

You had brighter days in the past and they will return. There were bad days in the past also and those were eclipsed by the good ones. It shall be so again.
