Description

the 3rd installment in the series, here the Hellmark uses the Sword of Azrial to cut the demon. He also in the meantime cut the veil of darkness and evil placed over the city, letting light through. I am not too happy with how the flames turned out, but oh well.

The light effect on the gargoyle looks pretty cool...there is some serious drama going on here. Nice camera angle.

its camoflage, hell style. Its supposed to be dark red and maroon patchwork leather, but I cheated and used a old background I made for one of my old webpages. Once I get my wacom, I will remake the texture, but its a bitch to do that with a mouse.

You've got to write the series so I can read it to Michael and he can look at your pics as we go along..... love your work and all the time you spend on it....I especially like the idea of Spidey using the sword "Azriel" to cut through the darkness...I want the book if you are writing it! :)

Well, actually according the storyline only the Hellmark can use the Sword of Azrial (this was done to prevent such power from falling in the wrong hands). Still, Hellmark needed Spidey's help for his Spidey sense (ole Helly don't got ESPN y'all know) and for his keen knowledge of the big apple to track the beast. Once the demon was found, the local neighborhood spiderman was instrumental in helping to stop it.

These have been one of the few images that I haven't made most if not everything on it. I didn't make the demon (came from DAZ), the building (Moebius made it), and Spiderman (Keoto). I did however make the Hellmark character, and of course put it all together and paint the light and fire. Really though if you want to bitch, almost any other poser artist out there doesn't make their own models.
