This is just to tell you you're next on my "marathon visit" list, I've been away as many days as here, but I've got the time mapped out for a Marilyn moster bash...it'll happen tonight...this picture is an eye-popper Marilyn, and I love that you just moved in & let the intrusions of the petals & leaves just cut into the frame and crash into us. The way you sliced a piece out of nature is like you picked the most energetic slice you could get and gave it to us without trying to tidy it up or make it behave. This is vital nature, the hues stand out, the lines & contours stand out, and it feels like nature's putting on a big show for us. It's soft & sweet but it also seems to say it's pretty damned powerful & anyone who wants to mess with it better think twice. Love Andrea's comment...it's terrific!
