Description

Working in the backyard, I glanced up to see this visitor just under the eaves of the house. I got pretty close and got a couple of pictures. It didn't react, so I was afraid it was dead. I didn't touch it, just in case. Later, I checked, and it was gone. I don't know if it flew away or was gotten by a bird.

Thanks for the comments. I forgot to say that the dragonfly was pretty big. The grooves in the siding are 4 inches apart, so the wingspan is almost 5 inches.
