Description

This is cottongrass from the Arctic tundra and marshlands of Iceland. However, the title to illustrate these little white fluffy tufts is a reference to this piece of music by an all-time favorite band of mine! Watch and listen!

A l'instar de Virginiese, j'avoue que je suis vraiment surprise par la présence de cette plante en Islande. Ici on dirait que le vent pousse les fleurs de coton à se réchauffer les unes contre les autres... C'est vraiment une magnifique capture ! Bravo !

Crois-le ou non mais pas plus tard qu'hier après-midi (cherchant un peu de fraîcheur à 2074m, près d'un lac) j'ai aussi fait des photos de linaigrettes et je me disais que j'en mettrais bien une en ligne ! Caramba ! encore raté ! (pour être franc mes photos sont moins belles donc pas de regret). Très beau cliché qui doit ravir les amateurs de montagne, de pays plus au nord...comme moi.
