Grand!!! is the word that comes to mind as I view this one. There is a real sinse of grandness or loftyness in this piece. Your background structure has the look and feel of something that was built on a very large scale such as the Egyptians would have done. I love the reflection of the torches on the floor and the use of shadow to add even more scale to this piece. Bravo and as always my hat is off to ya and staying off

One really gets a sense of the magesty and loftiness of the Egyptian temples. Thank you for so gracefully and artfully transporting us to this special time, and for all your works from a woman's perspective. It is refreshing to see Egypt through female eyes and not the powerfull masculine warrior images.
