Description

OK, I know it is a silly title, but I had no clou of what to call this. Still it was what I desided to post today. :) Thank you so much for your kind comments to my prev. post and extra warm thanks to those who added it to favs :-) I wish you all a lovely day. Here the weather is cool and windy but beautiful and sunny and so quiet. No birds are singing anymore.

Nature is very beautiful, even reclaiming the fallen things. Here in the Pacific Northwest, it is sultry (too hot). But the birds sing when the heat of the day retreats. Nice photo.

I can see what attracts you to this! My most regular birds at the feeder are a family of Bullfinches, this is the first year for decades that they have bred in my garden!

Wonderful image of this piece of decaying wood Helle. The composition is perfect and the little green creeper adds a nostalgic touch! Wonderful work indeed! Spring is in the air here and my fruit trees are in full bloom! :)

Beautifully textured wood you found here. I wonder where the birds have gone.

Wonder title in my Opinion! At least this can be reclaimed by natural processes!

ditto, koosie! I wholly agree. You caught real decay & detail on the wood, and showed us, once again, your eye & 'ear' for detail-as-art, and for how decaying objects have a song all their own. The leaves along the wood & the wood or bark in the center (bottom) have such a life of their own. A scintillating vision; and it's one of the many sides to your art—the side that sees & understands process & its language. I loved this when you posted it, & love it as much now. It's beautiful rubbish...
