The ever-present misty fog...I know it well. It is as much a part of San Francisco as the Golden Gate Bridge. Lovely shot. BTW, I laughed at your story under my post yesterday. I was part of a Greek family for 18 years (my landlord, my boss, my cafe across the street...were from the same large extended family (So many Peters, Nicks and Sofies!). It was so easy to picture your mother and the situation you stepped into. LOL
