Working in Photoshop.....studying different tutorials to get ideas....this is just a stock photo(corbis.com) using different filters & brushes(biorust.com). I'm always trying to learn different techniques with PS and this one turned out pretty good I hope I gave it a Retro look & feel....Enjoy! Thanks for any views and comments! :)
