Hi there.
I think this is a male Ruddy Darter (Sympetrum sanguineum). I catched this little guy waiting for a prey on top of a little tree. Sneaked to him and try to get some good shots. Later the day I saw another one sitting on the same handrail like this one
I think the new lens let me take shots with a better quality...compare the zoom views if you like.

Very nice! Your really getting the hang of your new macro lens- its a blast! I recently captured a dragonfly, but it was hanging from a cable wire outside, I had to use a ladder and couldnt get the right angle to get his whole body in focus. This is the perfect angle here, got the whole critter in focus!
