Description

With all of these Gerry Anderson models that Niewil's been giving us lately I have my retro muse back. So I decided to start working on some retro models for myself. No based on anything directly, but influenced by old British comics like TV Century 21 and Eagle here is a typical flying car of the late 50s/early-to-mid 60s. Still a work-in-progress this thing is being built in Truepsace, hence the garish colours of the parts. Thanks for looking. Iain

At this point it strikes me as a Space Age toy cast in Genuine Plastic, something I would have payed with as a 6-year-old in 1961 Iowa. I bet it had a friction motor so it could make whirring sounds as it flew across the Congoleum flooring......
