Description
The Archangel Michael
I am of the Seraphim.
Of all who draw near to him who is above,
I am Formost,
For his name is engraved on my heart,
I bring Wrath upon the Wicked,
And mercy to the just,
I am the weapon of Heaven,
Forged in the fires of Love,
And my name means "Who is like God?
This is a dedi to RGUS because he started me to looking at the 3 point lights differently
I did this Micheal different than the first because I believe that we view angels through our own inner lenses, our own perceptions, Our own character and concousness. So for each person what they see is different.
The reason he doesn't carry a weapon is because he is the weapon. This image took a while to do, because he is such a perfectionist. But hey...during the process i learned a few things.
I used lighting in a way ive never done before, Its not quite as good as it could be, but better than I expected. OOHH!! This is my first real use of M4

You're getting some really good shadows... just remeber you can change all sorts of things with lights, intensity, spread angle colour... and so on and so on. Well done.

Thanks. I was trying to go for shadows that gave him contours and not look flat. I even added some bluish hints to the lights to give the sense of reflected light from behind..

Wow! Your archangels continue to improve, from facial expressions to wings and clothing. I am trying to imagine all of them in one picture -- the computer screen would not be large enough!
