Description
The backwaters at Kerala. An area of lagoons bordering the Arabian Sea. Supporting a myriad of life. Life unchanged for many generations. This area is home to the famous Chinese fishing nets, tomorrows picture. A huge thank you to the people who have taken an interest in my gallery in the 3 weeks that i have been up and running, your enthusiasm ups mine tenfold, your such a welcoming and friendly lot.

How high does that water get? There is so much mold growing and dampness, I have to wonder about the health of these people. Mosquitos and flies...snakes? But they do have a "river front view" and that is pretty hard to walk away from. Stunning shot really. A great look at another life and lifestyle.

This is a place I should haved loved to visit, given a second lifetime! A fascinating shot, the pastel colours are lovely.
