u got one of those evil faces that gets me scared, yet kinda excited at the same time... heh :P - anyhoo, as with any flyer, the graphics and typography have to work well with eachother, the typography being extremely important because that is what conveys the information of any events, while the graphics convey the mood for the events. With the non-standard text (ie: Manray, synthetique, presents, industrial fridays, etc), I think you did a fine job, as that part of the type is best suited to hel aid in conveying the mood needed. However, with the information type (ie: price, age, shot specials, etc), me thinks that while the grunginess is suitable, it seems a little too grungy. Even tho it is readable, the idea with a flyer is to keep people's attention, as most are immediately tossed within seconds (much to the chagrin of whoever passed it out, as it falls to the ground 3 feet away). Having that information a little more legible might help for such a thing. I'm not saying it should be all glossy or anything. I like the grunge in it, but it just feels that a little less "grunge" would help. Tho, the text at the bottom saying the adress of the place looks quite alright. just a thought. -why, then are you, so surprised, when you hear, your own, eu, lo, gy....
