Description

This beauty was one of 8, Mum, Dad and 6 signets, they were actually as large as the parents. The was one really dominant male in the youngsters. The older person who was feeding them said they started off with 9 , she feeds them daily. They hissed at me for getting too close. I was in Portsmouth in the UK for a surprise visit to my sister today. Note to self :- "when carrying camera to Portsmouth on a plane, train, taxi and walking, check the bloody battery isn't dead!!!) I had to buy a new charger or not take photo's of my family. I hope your weekend is going well Susan Thank you for your support on my previous post "Bloomin Pretty"thumb_1934345.jpg

Super close up. If someone is feeding them, the hissing thing is part of their game. But if they do bite - it hurts and leaves a mark. I almost didn't buy my new camera because it didn't use standard drug store type batteries. Dana

Gorgeous capture. As for the batteries, always carry a spare set with you. ;o) That's how I get around that issue. And a spare media card. :o)
