Elemental Vampire, General of the Vampire Army
Edit: (In response to the daywalker comment) Extradimensional Vampire actually. Very little in common with Earth Vampires. Still have fangs but have evolved past blood drinking. Light was never an issue nor was garlic, wooden stakes crosses or all that dracula mumbo jumbo. In his world, Vampires are one of the dominant species and have cities, a high council and a Lord. Kind of like a benign Monarchy but with more advisory from the council before passing decisions.
