Description

Hi all, It's been a long since i posted anything. Another picture of my favorite theme, this time more historically accurate in shields. Not many people know that the famous "Lamda" on the Spartan shields they saw at the movie "300" was not exist at the battle of Thermopylae, but it appeared about 62 years later. Hope you like it people. Kind regards Kostas

Sure very great work... The lambda was the initial for "L" ...In ancient Greece (hellenika) the spartans were called Lacedemonians.... ;)) I love your picture and 300 takes some free POV from historical reality but stays a very good movie instead...for its "epic" pictures...like yours here...

Absolutely fantastic. Hard to imagine facing such a charge. Love your attention to historical accuracy and the realism that you put into your images. Great job on the dust and dry grass, you create great landscapes for your charaters.
