Hey everyone, I've been out quite a bit recently in the local area looking for interesting locations and due to their abundance around these parts have ended up shooting more than my fair share of wheat fields.. I'm never very good with timings of harvest and stuff so I'm pretty glad I did as almost everywhere now is bare and bundled up into these haystacks as you see here. But I guess it's a case of lose one photographic subject, gain another! It's my guess that most places in England will have been harvested by the end of this week..and speaking of the end of the week, I've pencilled in a 3 day camping trip to the Lake District meeting up with a Scottish photographer I know next weekend.. it'll be nice to get out and shoot what I WANT to rather than what I think might sell as stock.. =) The photo here was taken in Oxfordshire, England by the way.
