Description

Hi there. Today something dangerous ... I watch a little plant in the garden, hoping to manage some shots of Inachis io. As I sneak a bit closer I saw two spider in one net. I try to take some shots but the autofocus was useless because of the many spinning threads. So I tried the manual focus - with a heavy external flash on the cam, half lying prone half sitting in the meadow without a tripod (it was at home - in the closet - like the most times *g*). I do about 40-50 shots expecting a killing scene or a heavy battle... Stay tuned to watch what comes next. Try the zoom view, just a suggestion.

Spider fight! Thats one of the things about using a Macro- manual focus is your friend. Its tricky looking through that little viewfinder, but its key in situations like this. You did great, very sharp, and the only way you could get more in focus is upping the F-Stop.
