Description
I took this shot on Sunday just past the sugar mill. They had no smoke from the stacks on Sunday but i noted smoke comeing from the stacks today. I guess the doing a lot in the fields now. I noted a lot of fields they cut the 4th year cane down and is planting new cane for the past few weeks. I just stop on the road and took this shot. It now a very busy road here so I did not have to worry about cars too much. these tractors is gone now and saw them been use in other parts of fields now.

I had no idea so much sugarcane was grown here in the U.S. I thought it could only be grown in Hawaii. Learned something new today! Any idea what that pole is that's at an angle over the stream in the middle of this shot? Very nice capture of the tractors at work.

if we are not trying to take a picture , one can stop for 2-3 minutes without a car coming along, but stop for 20 seconds to snap one picture, and they are nipping at your back bumper like mean dogs excellent color and landscape
