Description

Oh, I'm so excited!!! I think my bird picture skills are improving! Not really.... it's just a matter of being at the right place at the right time. Originally I had stopped at the river to take pictures of the swallows nests under the bridge. As I approached the bridge I saw this pair up stream, so I waited as they grew closer. The next thing I knew they were right in front of me, lucky me!!! Thanks for all the wonderful comments on my last (weird) post!!! As always, greatly appreciated! Have a wonderful rest of the week!

These guys showed up here too. They have been coming here for two years now. You are lucky my shot was not as close. btw I live in Wisconsin, they are in one of our inland lakes, not even the great lakes.
