My name is Phil and I'm married to Gail. I was born and raised in the Cambridgeshire, Fenlands of the Uk and have worked at a local diesel engine manufacturer as an engineer for 36 years.  My hobbies include gardening, attending live music events and all sorts of motorsport (especially oval racing). I am involved in our local folk festival ( www.strawbear.org.uk ) and my claim to fame is that I was 'the bear' for 16 years! I also perform as part of a local Longsword team 'Wype Doles Longsword' ( we perform English traditional dance from north east Yorkshire). My lovely wife Gail and I thoroughly enjoy viewing the images posted on Rendo and intially shared our membership and made joint comments on the photos we saw. Sadly it was pointed out to us that the Rendo rules state that the images must be the work of one person, so for now it's goodbye Gail and all you'll see is my own work!I really appreciate your comments and heed any advice given, as I really wish to hone my craft with a camera. I find everyone elses photos are a great inspiration and I thank you all for sharing your images and lifes experiences.   Thank you again for looking at my photos, I hope you enjoy them.Phil

Wow, with that kind of dancing they gotta be good! Terrific clarity in this great composition! I assume the red arm ribbons are used to keep the sleeves up.
