YES I just love this new lens, shot this one at ISO 800,f6.7, 1/500 sec hand held, closest focusing distance.
Help on naming would be appreciated, Thanks Andrea for the last one what book or website do you use.
This ones feeding on Sedum specabile which is just coming into flower, It seemed to be lunch for a lot of bugs.

I use Complete British Insects by Michael Chinery pub Collins. I think there is a new version recently out. the pics are not all equally good, but it is a start!. This is Spaerophoria scripta, May to October, the larvae eat mainly aphids. Another BRILLIANT pic!
