Description
This is a collaboration between steeleyes101 and myslef.
Moses' sister Miriam watched over him until Pharaoh's daughter came to the river to wash where She found Moses in his basket.

superbly done, love the colors and the egyptian look. too bad religous images don't get as many views as ones with nudity. cause this is outstanding.

Great job depicting a mythological/historical scene. Excellent work on depicting the flowing river. Nice work on the reeds and the posing shows natural resistance to standing in moving water.

You did so good on this one I love it, and its the little things that make this one work like the Papyrus reeds and the flowing water. You really did a nice mix of Egyptian and renaissance in this piece. Bravo and as always my hat is off to ya.

Absolutely gorgeous scene. Exactly how I imagined it in my mind when she finds Moses. The water looks very realistic and I like the effect where her clothes are in the water, as it is not clear water. I would love to see her face when she opens the basket and sees Moses in side :)
